Update, 12 Feb 0006 EST: Kid-1 saw the movie this afternoon, pronounced it "cute", and said she "really liked it".

Kid-1 got straight A's again (pulled a B on the English midterm, but not enough to bring her grade down for the quarter; A's on the rest), and Kid-2 got a 3.43 for the quarter, and honor roll again!

We are discussing rewards. For Kid-2, pudding was mentioned, but I think there'll be some other stuff as well. :-)

I'd mentioned that Kid-2 made the Honor Roll this quarter, with a 3.71 GPA (EDIT: 3.86; she pulled out the A in math), and her play, The Ash Girl, is going into tech week, so look for her on stage soon*. An unusual day. My DW looked to have been getting what I had, but seems to have recovered quickly; in the meantime, my voice is almost all the way back, though I still have coughing jags which are difficult to deal with, particularly last night, which meant a rotten night's sleep.
